We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return window. Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, exchange for a different design (unused, original packaging). You cover return postage; we cover replacement shipping. Email support@crumpaw.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), we process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the credit. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Yes. Dishwasher-safe (top rack) and microwave-safe. Designs are kiln-fired under the glaze and will not fade. Hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended for best longevity.
