To qualify, the bowl must be unused, free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear, and must be returned in its original packaging.
Separately, and more importantly: your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply for as long as the product can reasonably be expected to last — not just within the 30-day change-of-mind window.

What size is this bowl?

Crumpaw bowls hold approximately 350ml and measure around 15cm in diameter — ideal for small to medium breeds.

Is the ceramic dishwasher safe?

Yes! All Crumpaw ceramic bowls are fully dishwasher safe. You can also hand wash with warm soapy water — they are built to last.

Can I use this bowl for water?

Absolutely — our bowls work equally well for food or water. Many customers buy two: one for each!

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at support@crumpaw.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a free replacement straight away.

Do you offer a warranty?

Your purchase is covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a bowl has a manufacturing fault, isn't of acceptable quality, or doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
