What if the name is printed wrong?
You see the name laid out on screen before you pay, so check the spelling there — we print exactly what you submit. If what arrives doesn't match your order, we reprint it free.
How long will it take to arrive?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery is a further 2–8 business days after dispatch, so 3–10 business days from order to doorstep, fully tracked.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no handling or fuel surcharges. We ship within Australia only.
Can I return something personalised?
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If it's faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you approved, we replace or refund it.
Will the harness fit my dog?
Measure the widest part of the chest and check the size chart on the harness page. If the size is wrong, the 30-day guarantee covers an exchange — the name patch is removable, so we just send a fresh one.
