Crumpaw Nameplate Bowl
Their name printed on it in 30 seconds
Built like a thermos, not like a dish
Double-wall Food Grade Stainless Steel inside, moulded ABS outside, mirror-polished all the way round.
Why $49 is the cheap option
The average owner replaces a $12 bowl four times in three years. This one has a rubber ring, two steel walls and a printed name that survives the dishwasher.

Printed, then cured — and we say so plainly
This is a print, not an engraving. The difference matters, so here it is straight: the name is laid onto the coated ABS shell and then heat-cured into the surface, which is why it survives a dishwasher when a vinyl decal does not. It is not a sticker and there is nothing to lift at the edges.
Wash the steel insert however you like. Keep the printed shell off the abrasive side of the sponge and it will read as new for years. If yours ever fades, we replace the bowl.
98% would buy it again
We asked 500 buyers what nearly stopped them ordering. The top three answers are answered below — honestly, including the one about printing.
"Absolutely love this bowl! The quality feels premium, and Milo's name looks beautiful. It's sturdy, easy to clean and doesn't slide around."
"Dishwasher twice a week since 2024. The name is exactly as crisp as the day it arrived and the coating hasn't chipped either."
"Box, tissue, a card with her name on it. I bought it for myself and ended up ordering two more as gifts that month."
Chew it, drop it, run it through the dishwasher
If the print fades, the rubber ring gives up, or your dog simply refuses to eat from it — email us and we refund you in full. Yes, even with their name on it. Yes, you keep the bowl.
The questions buyers ask before ordering
Is it printed or engraved?
Printed — and we would rather say it than have you find out. The name is applied to the coated outer shell and then heat-cured into the surface, which is why it stays put through a dishwasher when a vinyl decal peels in weeks. It is not a sticker, and there is no raised edge to catch a fingernail. If you specifically want a cut-in engraving, this is not that product.
Will the print survive the dishwasher?
The steel insert is the part that holds food, and it is fully dishwasher safe. The printed shell is too on the top rack — 4,120 buyers, and fading is not in our top ten complaints. Keep it off the abrasive side of a scouring pad and it stays crisp. If yours ever fades, we replace the bowl free with no time limit.
What if I spell the name wrong?
Check the live preview before you order — what you see there is exactly what gets printed, so give the spelling a second look. If a typo gets through and it is our error, we remake and ship free.
Which size fits my dog?
14 cm suits dogs under 10 kg, 16 cm covers 10–25 kg, 18 cm is for 25 kg and up. If your dog is between sizes, take the smaller one — a wide bowl encourages fast eaters to bury their face in it.
Which font and design should I pick?
Short names look best in the scripts — Fonts 4 to 8, 10, 11 and 15. Names over eight letters read more clearly in Fonts 2, 12, 14 and 16. Designs with icons on both sides eat width, so pair those with six letters or fewer, or choose None for the name on its own.
Is it actually safe for my dog?
The food-contact surface is Food Grade Stainless Steel, mirror-polished with flat rolled edges so it cannot catch a tongue. It is free from the high-concern chemicals on the REACH list, and nothing leaches into food or water. The outer shell is moulded ABS — durable, and it never touches the food.
Can I return a personalized bowl?
Yes — 30 days, full refund, and you keep the bowl. We cannot resell a bowl with your dog's name on it, and return postage costs us more than the product. About 1 in 90 people take us up on it.
